What You'll Do

- Onboard and guide new clients through the digital advertising journey.

- Design and optimize PPC campaigns with measurable results.

- Promote services via outbound calls and identify upselling opportunities.

- Analyse data to drive performance and manage client interactions using CRM tools.

- Leverage AI-driven insights to improve outreach and client engagement.

What Were Looking For

- Fluent in German (at least C1) and proficient in English.

- Bachelors degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business).

- Around 2 years of experience in sales, marketing,



or client-facing roles.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with German business culture and GDPR compliance
- A proactive attitude, curiosity, and passion for digital marketing.
