About this role
OpenTrain is recruiting for a Spanish AI Safety Content Evaluator to help make advanced AI models safer. You will use Spanish language fluency and cultural judgment to evaluate how models handle sensitive topics. The work includes writing Spanish prompts, reviewing model conversations, and providing structured judgments that can improve model safety.

What you will do
Write expert-level prompts in Spanish across sensitive subject areas. Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations. Identify adversarial phrasing and escalation patterns, and document the reasoning behind your judgments. Maintain consistent, careful quality across repeated evaluation tasks.

Required skills
Native or near-native Spanish fluency and business-level written English are required. You must have strong written reasoning,



careful attention to detail, and sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information. A bachelor's degree, completed or in progress, is required. Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content is helpful, as is a background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing. Prior AI or machine learning experience is not required.

Schedule and location
This is remote contractor work with a default commitment of 7 hours per week. Applicants may be located worldwide; Spain and the wider Western Europe region are preferred but not required. The role is expected to start immediately.

Pay
The rate is $43‑$47 per hour.
