LEGAL BUSINESS PARTNER

You will join a dynamic team and act as a trusted legal business partner, providing advice on a broad range of legal matters related to the day-to-day operations of Talencia Consulting.

The Legal Office supports our business units on all legal matters, with a strong focus on providing practical, business-oriented solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Act as the main legal business partner for our sales teams, providing advice and support during contract negotiations with customers.

• Draft, review and negotiate various agreements between Talencia Consulting and its clients, suppliers and contractors.

• Handle and follow up on litigation matters.

• Conduct thorough risk analyses of contracts with third parties, including clients, contractors and suppliers.

• Understand business objectives and work autonomously to develop and improve contract templates and legal frameworks.

• Take ownership of your responsibilities and actively contribute to the successful delivery of the projects you manage.

• Drive and support the changes required to address new and innovative business environments and challenges.

Your profile:





• You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Law or have equivalent practical experience. A Master's degree in Law is a strong plus.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in commercial law. Experience in the ICT sector is an asset.

• You have solid experience in commercial contracts.

• You are rigorous and committed to delivering high-quality work.

• You are a problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• You are a team player with strong communication skills.

• You have excellent written and spoken English and French. Dutch is not mandatory but would be a strong asset.
