As part of a new commercial growth phase, our client is looking to strengthen its international footprint with the hire of an Area Sales Manager for the Benelux region.
Your role
As Area Sales Manager, you will own commercial development and sales performance across the Benelux territory, balancing distributor management with direct key account development.
? Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, with a focus on key accounts and major industry players
? Negotiate commercial agreements while ensuring pricing policy and margin discipline
? Shape your commercial strategy in coordination with Marketing, R&D;, Regulatory and Operations,
based on market and competitive intelligence, and manage your pipeline through the company's CRM
Your profile
▶️ A scientific or technical degree (Bachelor's or Master's level)
▶️ Fluent in Dutch and English, and comfortable operating in a French-speaking work environment
▶️ Willing to travel up to 50% of your time across the Benelux region
