Enzo Tech Group are working with a major international organisation who are embarking on the improvement and standardisation of their compensation and benefits operations.

They require a Compensation & Benefits Operations Consultant to join them on a consulting engagement.

This role will focus on supporting the effective delivery of compensation, benefits and reward processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the day-to-day delivery of compensation and benefits processes.
- Manage employee compensation data, benefits administration and operational queries.
- Support annual salary reviews, bonus cycles and reward programmes.
- Coordinate with HR, payroll, finance and external benefit providers.




- Produce compensation reports and identify opportunities to improve operational processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong operational experience within Compensation & Benefits.
- Good understanding of Belgian compensation, benefits and employment practices.
- Experience supporting salary review and bonus processes.
- Strong Excel, reporting and HR systems skills.
- Fluent French and English with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Contract Details:

- Duration: 6 month initial contract with likelihood of an extension
- Hybrid working with two days per week onsite.
- Based in Brussels, Belgium.
