? Production Lead | Sterile Fill & Finish | Liège
Our client is a growing pharmaceutical CDMO specialized in sterile fill & finish, supporting biotech and pharmaceutical companies in the development and manufacturing of innovative treatments.
As part of their continued growth, we are looking for a Production Lead to join the Manufacturing team and play a key role in the daily coordination of sterile production activities.
? Your responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day aseptic manufacturing activities
- Act as the operational link between the Manufacturing Supervisor and production technicians
- Provide back-up to the Manufacturing Supervisor when required
- Support production planning, campaign preparation and changeovers
- Prepare and review GMP documentation: MBRs, SOPs, Work Instructions, Batch Records, etc.
- Manage and contribute to Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls and risk assessments
- Drive or support continuous improvement initiatives: 5S, Kaizen, DMAIC
- Contribute to team training and qualification
- Support audits and regulatory inspections
? Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology,
pharmacy, chemistry or a related technical/scientific field
- 3+ years of experience in GMP manufacturing
- Experience in aseptic manufacturing / sterile fill & finish is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of GMP and cleanroom environments
- Experience with isolators, single-use systems and/or automated filling equipment
- Familiarity with ERP, MES and/or eQMS systems
- English B2 minimum
- French is a strong asset
- Strong leadership, organizational and coordination skills
- Proactive, rigorous and improvement-oriented
