HFiltration is looking for an experienced Site Manager to supervise the installation of two industrial air filtration plants for an already acquired project in Lebbeke, Belgium.

Who we are looking for

- Proven experience as Site Manager / Construction Manager / Site Supervisor on industrial construction or machinery installation projects
- Experience in the installation and commissioning of industrial plants, machinery, piping or related systems
- Ability to independently coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities
- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage on-site priorities
- Good technical reporting skills

Main responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Manager and HFiltration management, the Site Manager will be responsible for:

- Overall coordination and supervision of site activities
- Coordination of mechanical installers, electrical contractors, insulation teams and other subcontractors
- Monitoring project schedule, quality and progress




- Coordination of lifting operations and equipment such as cranes, mobile cranes and forklifts
- Management of on-site HSE activities, work permits and coordination with the customer's safety representatives
- Management of operational issues with the customer and subcontractors
- Regular reporting on site progress, critical issues and activities
- Monitoring and updating relevant project and technical documentation

The project

The scope involves the installation of 2 industrial VOC extraction and filtration plants, each consisting of approximately 9 main equipment units.

Main project figures:

- Approx. 80 tonnes of equipment, plus piping and ductwork
- Equipment pre-assembled at HFiltration facilities in Italy and shipped to Belgium for final installation
- Installation of AISI stainless-steel ductwork
- Mechanical and electrical connection of the filtration systems
- Final installation and preparation for commissioning

The Site Manager will act as the main on-site interface between HFiltration, the customer and the subcontractors throughout the installation activities.

Availability on site in Lebbeke during December 2026 and January 2027 is essential.
