At LOLO Ballerina, we are looking for an analytical and highly organised person who can help us turn data into better decisions and bring more structure and efficiency to the way we work.

LOLO Ballerina is a Belgian footwear brand with Italian roots, specialising in beautifully crafted ballerinas handmade in Italy. For 20 years, we have combined Italian craftsmanship, timeless design and a distinctive sense of colour to create ballerinas for women around the world. Behind the creativity and beautiful shoes is also a business with sales, stock, margins, suppliers, customers, agents, markets and plenty of data.

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking a step back, looking at the numbers and asking: what is working, what could work better and how can we organise it more efficiently?

YOUR ROLE

You will work closely with us to bring more structure, insight and efficiency into the company.

You will help us:

• Analyse sales, costs, margins, stock and other key business data

• Turn numbers into clear insights and actionable recommendations

• Build and improve Excel reports, dashboards and follow-up tools

• Identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement

• Structure and streamline our internal processes

• Improve the way we collect, organise and use our data

• Follow up on key business KPIs

• Help management make smarter, data-driven decisions





• Find practical ways to make our day-to-day operations more efficient

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You are someone who:

• Loves numbers, Excel and analytics

• Is highly organised, precise and structured

• Can turn a spreadsheet into a useful business insight

• Is naturally curious and likes asking why?

• Doesn't just identify a problem, you enjoy finding the solution

• Can work independently and take initiative

• Enjoys improving processes and creating structure

• Would be excited to have a visible impact within a small, entrepreneurial fashion company

A background in Business Economics, Data Analytics or a similar field is a plus but relevant experience and the right mindset are just as important to us.

THE PRACTICAL SIDE

This is not a full-time role. We are looking for someone who can join us approximately 1 day per week, on a freelance or flexi-job basis, and become a trusted analytical and organisational partner to our team. You'll be working in a creative, international and entrepreneurial environment where your ideas won't disappear into a large organisation, you will actually see the impact of what you improve.
