The Role:

We need a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Superstar to join the team and deliver top-tier support to Dutch-speaking customers. Whether it's troubleshooting, order management, or answering questions about their high-tech products, you`ll be the go-to person for our partner's customers. This is an exciting, full-time role in beautiful Barcelona if you`re ready to start ASAP, we want you!

What You`ll Be Doing:

- Helping Customers Shine: Be the friendly voice on the phone, email, and chat, solving problems and answering questions with your expert knowledge.
- Troubleshooting Tech Issues: Use your skills to troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems customers may have with the companys awesome automation products.
- Representing the Brand: Show off your passion for customer service as you represent a global leader in automation. Youll be the face of a game-changing company!
- Team Player:



Work closely with your colleagues across different departments to ensure every customer has a seamless experience.

- Salary: 21,000 per year (because your awesomeness deserves it)
- Work Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

- Tech Enthusiast: You are comfortable with tech products and can easily understand new systems.
