Job description
The day-to-day tasks of an Off-Cycle Intern will include:
Conducting extensive financial and industry research, preparing market screenings, and supporting the investment team with the origination of new business opportunities
Preparing internal documentation, including investment memorandums, due diligence analysis, and investors' reporting documentation
Performing detailed financial analysis, supporting the investment team in the creation of financial models used for valuation purposes
Analyzing comparable transactions and public company multiples
Collaborating with the rest of the investment team, providing management support to the portfolio companies
Role requirements
You are in your penultimate/final year at a top-tier university and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any Business/Engineering discipline, or a Master's Degree in a Finance discipline
You have excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver clear and concise reports and opinions
You have strong attention to detail
You have advanced Excel skills, and you are proficient in the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite
You are fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)
You have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Full-time work required
