We are looking for an experienced Cisco Telephony & Videoconferencing - IPT Expert to join our Unified Communications team supporting a large-scale international environment. As Senior Unified Communications Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Cisco telephony and video conferencing solutions, ensuring the delivery of reliable and high-quality communication services.
⚙️ Your role:
- Lead and implement Cisco Telephony and Video Conferencing projects.
- Provide expert-level support for complex incidents and technical issues.
- Support operational teams (L1 and L2) when required.
- Manage major incidents, including qualification, action planning, resolution, root cause analysis, and knowledge documentation.
- Perform problem management activities and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to address specific customer requirements.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer to engineers and technicians.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
- Execute hardware validation, testing, and configuration activities.
- Participate in change management and continuous service enhancement initiatives
Your profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in Cisco Collaboration environments.
- Strong expertise in Cisco Unified Communications technologies, including:
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
Cisco Unity Connection
Cisco Jabber
Cisco IP Phones
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Video Conferencing solutions, including
Cisco Meeting Server (CMS)
Cisco Telepresence Endpoints
Cisco TMS
- Solid understanding of SIP and H.323 protocols.
- Experience working with VMware v7/v8 environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in enterprise environments.

- Cisco CCNP Collaboration
- Cisco Collaboration Specialist Certifications
- CCNA
- CCIE Collaboration (considered a strong advantage)
