As the AI Engineering & Platform Lead , you are the central technical authority driving the industrialization, architecture, and governance of global AI capabilities. You’ll sit right at the core of the digital and data team,



applying deep engineering rigor and strategic vision to build and scale enterprise-grade systems that solve real-world R&D; challenges. You will own the overall technical architecture, enterprise infrastructure integration, and engineering governance workflows, ensuring everything runs smoothly, securely, and predictably.

Define the strategic technical roadmap for the enterprise AI platform (Azure ML, Databricks) and design scalable frameworks for LLMs, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
Ensure robust integration of AI solutions within the general IT landscape, security frameworks, and data infrastructure.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous growth.
Establish enterprise-wide MLOps/LLMOps standards, ensuring strict compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines.
