What are we looking for?

We're looking for a
Junior Paid Media Specialist
who wants to take their career to the next level. We're not looking for someone who just knows how to set up campaigns; we're looking for someone with
sound judgment
, who understands the business, and who wants to become a leader in the industry. If you already have experience managing campaigns (at least one year) and want to refine your skills in a demanding and educational environment, this is the place for you.

?️Your functions
- Real Management:
Create, optimize and scale Google Ads campaigns (under strategic supervision,



but with operational autonomy).
- Analysis that matters:
Not just looking at data, but interpreting it. Analyzing KPIs (ROAS, CPA, Conversion) to propose improvements.
- Strategy:
Participate in the development of proposals and
*keyword research*
.
- Growth:
Collaborate with SEO and Design teams to improve your clients' Landing Pages and Creatives.
- Implementation:
Configuration of basic conversions and events in GTM.

Requirements
- Real-world experience:
Minimum
1 year managing vigente investment
in Google Ads (agency or end client). Not just master's degree simulations.
- Analytical Mindset:
You are good with Excel/Sheets (Pivot Tables) and you are not afraid of numbers.
- Hunger to learn:
You are the typical person who investigates why a campaign fails before asking.
- Fluent Spanish and technical English (reading)
