Role Description
The Owner role is a part-time remote position responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, overall performance, and long-term growth of the organization. On a day-to-day basis, the Owner reviews business operations and financial performance, sets priorities for staffing, consulting, and management service lines, and provides guidance to senior leadership and local management teams. This role involves nurturing key client relationships, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring that services align with industry standards and client expectations. The Owner will also participate in high-level decision-making related to market expansion, risk management, and continuous improvement of policies, processes, and service delivery.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, ownership, or executive management within consulting, staffing, engineering, or industrial construction environments.
- Strong background in one or more core sectors such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Petrochemical, Energy, Infrastructure, or Wastewater Treatment.




- Proficiency in business strategy, financial oversight, and operational management, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and optimizing resources.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, negotiate complex agreements, and represent the organization in high-level discussions.
- Experience with international operations, cross-cultural collaboration, and remote team leadership across multiple regions.
- Knowledge of regulatory, safety, and environmental standards relevant to large-scale engineering and construction projects.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk management and service quality improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in using digital tools for remote collaboration and management.
