Land it is a creative marketing agency built exclusively for tech. We've spent six years embedded inside some of the most ambitious startups, entrepreneurs, and VC-backed brands across the US, Canada, UK, and Europe; running their social media, content, creator programs, PR, and strategy as if we were part of their team, and not as outsiders.

Our clients don't hire us to manage posts. They hire us because they need a full creative operation without the overhead of building one in-house. Brands like Ownwell, Spoke, Tango, and Eraser have trusted us to be exactly that.

We're growing, by finding the right clients and not just by taking on more for the sake of it.

? Your mission

Identify companies that are a good fit, build real relationships, get on discovery calls, and bring deals to the table. Once something is moving toward close, we work the proposal and contract together. After that, you hand off to the delivery team and go find the next one. No account management or client check-ins. You sell, we deliver.

Your day-to-day will look something like:
