A unique opportunity for engineers based in Málaga

Are you an engineer or independent professional based in Málaga and interested in gaining experience within one of Europe’s leading high-tech R&D; organisations?

This temporary assignment offers you a unique opportunity to become familiar with this organisation well before its planned expansion in Málaga towards 2030. You will work on-site at its established R&D; environment in Leuven, Belgium, gaining valuable experience, building an international network and potentially positioning yourself for future opportunities in Málaga. We particularly welcome applications from:
- Engineers currently living in Málaga or elsewhere in Spain
- Independent professionals and autónomos
- Candidates willing to travel to or temporarily stay in Leuven during the working week
- Good Englisch written and oral

Where applicable, Konexion will contribute as much as reasonably possible towards travel and accommodation costs. The precise arrangements will be discussed individually, depending on your location and personal circumstances.





Konexion is locally present in Málaga and will support selected candidates throughout the application, contracting and assignment process.

Important: Although this vacancy is also published for candidates in Málaga, the assignment itself is currently performed on-site in Leuven, Belgium.

For a high-tech semiconductor environment in Leuven, we are looking for a hands-on engineer to support the testing and validation of integrated circuits. You will spend most of your time in the lab, building and debugging test setups, running measurements and analysing the results together with the technical team.

Your Responsibilities
- Setting up and debugging IC test benches, including instruments, PCBs, fixtures and cabling
- Running functional and parametric measurements
- Automating measurements and data collection
- Analysing test results and identifying unexpected behaviour
- Preparing clear and practical test re
