We're increasing our marketing presence and systemising it, and this role sits at the centre of that. You'll work in a focused team and directly alongside our Creative Director on strategy and execution.

What you'll own
- Marketing strategy
across all channels — you'll audit, plan, prioritise and present, then execute
- Social media
— LinkedIn, Instagram and the rest, with a genuine understanding of what each platform is

- YouTube strategy
— working closely with our Creative Director on the content direction, optimisation and growth, with a real grasp of retention, CTR and more
- Email & newsletters
— segmentation, campaigns and the numbers behind them
- Content repurposing
— finding opportunities in turning long-form video and shoots into Shorts, Reels, posts and email snippets that don't feel recycl
