We Are Homes is a real estate agency specialized in new build properties on the Costa Blanca. We are currently looking to add a Real Estate Agent focused on the Polish market to our team.
The selected candidate will work with clients interested in purchasing property in Spain, managing qualified leads provided by the company and guiding them throughout the entire buying process.
Main responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with potential clients (leads provided by the company)
Advise Swedish clients throughout the property purchase process
Organize and conduct property viewings (in person or virtual)
Guide clients from initial contact through to closing the sale
Manage and update client information in the database
Requirements:
Native or very high level of Polish
Good level of English or Spanish
Sales-oriented profile with a results-driven mindset




Strong communication and negotiation skills
Flexible availability (adapted to client schedules)
Previous experience in sales or real estate is a plus (not essential)
