Your Opportunity

As an Analyst within our M&A; team,



you will play an active role in the execution of advisory mandates and strategic transactions. From day one, you will be involved in complex and challenging projects, benefiting from significant exposure to senior bankers, clients, investors, and external advisers.

You will contribute to a wide range of transaction types, including:
- Buy-side and sell-side M&A; transactions
- Cross-border strategic acquisitions and disposals
- Capital raising
- Corporate valuations and strategic reviews
- Financial modelling and valuation
