At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a talented UX Designer to join a leading organization within the Finance Analytics & Planning sector.
This role will support a broad Finance transformation landscape, helping to design modern, user-centric experiences across planning, reporting, and analytics solutions.
Initially, the main focus will be on Planning applications, with the opportunity to expand into Reporting & Analytics initiatives as the role evolves.
? Main responsibilities:
Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for Finance Planning solutions.
Work with highly customizable planning applications built on top of a leading OLAP planning technology (TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics).
Transform complex financial planning processes into simple and efficient user journeys.
Collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define UX strategies and design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
Contribute to the design of analytical dashboards and reporting solutions.
Ensure consistency, usability,
accessibility, and performance across all user interfaces.
Support UX best practices across the wider Finance Analytics ecosystem.
? Who are you?
Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or UI/UX Designer.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design projects.
Experience designing dashboards, analytics platforms, or data-driven applications.
Knowledge of user research, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent English.
Nice to have:
Experience with Finance Planning, FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, or performance management processes.
Exposure to IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
Experience designing solutions in Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud (S
