Role Description
The Vice President Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and optimizing operational performance across assigned facilities or business units. This role oversees day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, process improvement, and adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.



The Vice President Operations partners with clinical and administrative leaders to drive strategic initiatives, enhance patient and customer experience, and ensure financial sustainability. Typical responsibilities include managing operational budgets, monitoring P&L; performance, supporting major projects, and implementing best practices that improve efficiency and outcomes. The role also requires consistent communication with senior leadership, mentoring operational teams, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
