Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales Operations team in Madrid. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in sales operations, business support, or commercial excellence within a fast-paced, international environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales organization by maintaining data quality, assisting with reporting and analysis, supporting sales processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Sales Operations team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and sales data within CRM systems.

Assist in the preparation of sales reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.

Support sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and data management activities.

Help ensure compliance with internal processes and policies.

Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal teams.





Assist with contract administration, documentation, and commercial records.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Provide general support to the commercial organization as required.

Experience and Skills

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Fluent Spanish and good level of English.

Preferred

Previous experience in administration, operations, customer service, sales support, or a similar role.

Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms.

Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
