SharpLaunch is seeking an Implementation Manager to own onboarding and launch for new customers on the SharpLaunch platform. This hands-on role requires strong organization, client communication, and the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
As primary contact during implementation, you will coordinate across customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from contract to launch, driving timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
