The Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Management Couple to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and operation of a prestigious private partridge shooting estate in the mountains near

Alcoi, Valencia .
Extending to approximately

350 hectares and managing around 19,000 partridges,

this is a substantial sporting estate requiring an experienced, hands-on couple who can take ownership of its operation and maintain the highest standards throughout.
The estate is situated in a beautiful but genuinely remote mountain location, surrounded by outstanding countryside with excellent hiking and mountain biking.



Candidates must therefore be comfortable with rural living and enthusiastic about making the estate their home.
High-quality accommodation is provided on the estate completely rent-free, with utility bills covered, together with transport.
Working together, the successful couple will take responsibility for the smooth and professional running of the estate.
Responsibilities will include:

Managing the day-to-day operation of the shooting estate
Overseeing sustainable partridge, game and habitat management
Planning and delivering high-quality shoot days, with an emphasis on safety and an exceptional guest experience
Leading, training and managing gamekeepers, estate staff and seasonal teams
Maintaining estate infrastructure, accommodation, vehicles and equipment
Managing budgets, purchasing, procurement and operational expenditure
Ensuring compliance with hunting, environmental and health & safety regulations
Coordinating agricultural and conservation acti
