WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- 3+ years of experience
in Change Management, Project Management or Transformation initiatives, ideally within complex international organisations.
- Proven experience leading
change management activities for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementations
or similar business transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of
P2P processes
, particularly across procurement, invoicing and supplier management.
- Experience working with
global and local stakeholders
across different functions and countries.
- Strong
project management and coordination skills
,



with the ability to track deliverables, actions, milestones and deadlines.
- Experience managing change activities across
multiple countries and locations
.
- Hands-on experience identifying
resistance to change
at an early stage and proactively addressing issues and challenges.
- Proven experience contributing to or leading a
change programme within a project environment
.
- Strong
stakeholder management skills
, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and local business teams.
- Excellent
documentation, reporting and organisational skills
.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly for adapting
training and communication materials
to different audiences.
- Ability to work with a high degree of
independence, ownership and proactivity
.
- Previous experience with
Coupa, SAP or PeopleSoft
is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with
Agile methodology and Agile mindset
is a plus.
