WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
✍️
- 5+ years of experience
as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency with
Python
for Machine Learning and AI development.
- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as
TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
.
- Solid knowledge of
Machine Learning algorithms, neural networks, model evaluation techniques, and software development best practices
, as well as version control tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with
AWS services (S3, Lambda), Databricks, MongoDB, Apache Airflow, Jenkins, and Big Data technologies
.




- Proven experience with
end-to-end Machine Learning project development and deployment in production environments
.
- Advanced proficiency in
Spanish
(written and spoken).
- Strong
problem-solving skills
and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Develop, prototype, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Create rapid Proofs of Concept using
Python, Streamlit, and Machine Learning frameworks
.
- Design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines, models, and analytical solutions to ensure scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
- Participate in the development of
forecasting models, optimization algorithms, recommendation systems, Computer Vision, NLP, and Generative AI initiatives
