As a Senior AI Engineer, you will join a highly innovative team that is redefining how enterprise software is built. Leveraging AI-first engineering practices, agentic workflows, and Spec-Driven Development (SDD), you will help design and deliver the next generation of intelligent platforms that combine business expertise, modern architecture, and AI-powered development.

You will collaborate with architects, product owners, and business experts to create scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions that deliver measurable value across Allianz's integral finance landscape.





What You Will Do
- Co-lead discovery sessions with BMP Finance product owners, architects, and business stakeholders across different lines of business to translate business processes, pain points, and constraints into solution requirements and success criteria, shareable beyond a technical audience.
- Evolve the traditional senior software development practice by leveraging Allianz Technology's internal AI agents and orchestrators, moving delivery from hand-written code toward a Spec-Driven Development (SDD) approach where specifications drive agent-generated, validated, production-ready solutions.
- Design solutions end to end, from the business problem to the target architecture, and write that design down as clear, precise specifications: domain models, interface and event contracts, data schemas, decision logic, and policies. Those specs are the single source of truth the AI agent
