professional to contribute to the origination and execution of infrastructure and real assets financings - including project finance, asset-backed structures, and corporate debt - as well as the coverage of real assets clients. The position is based in Madrid and covers both the Spain & Portugal markets. You will join the

Working closely with all the members of the Madrid team and ultimately reporting to the Head of Infrastructure & Energy Finance in Madrid, you will support the origination, structuring and execution of project finance transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Natixis Madrid team in the financing of transactions across all infrastructure sectors (Renewables, Telecom, Transport, PPP) in the Iberian Peninsula.
- Structure project finance transactions: develop and maintain detailed financial models, perform bankability and sensitivity analyses, and prepare credit files for internal committees.
- Draft and process internal credit applications in coordination with different business lines (coverage, portfolio, syndication).
