We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to accelerate our market expansion in Poland.
Position Overview & DutiesYou will serve as a key growth catalyst by identifying promising leads and building our sales pipeline in Polish-speaking markets through systematic, high-volume prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Outreach: Execute 60 to 70 outbound calls daily to decision-makers within target e-commerce companies.
- Account Sourcing: Identify, map, and connect with high-potential SMB and mid-market accounts across Poland.
- Consultative Selling: Engage key stakeholders, evaluate business needs, and demonstrate how our search technology drives performance.
- Opportunity Vetting: Qualify prospective leads and schedule qualified product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Multi-Touch Outreach: Combine phone calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging for multi-channel prospecting.
Candidate Requirements
Must-Have Criteria
- Outbound Calling Background: Proven track record in high-volume phone prospecting and B2B sales development.
- Quota History: Demonstrated success in meeting daily call targets and monthly demo booking goals.
- Fundamental Selling Aptitude: High resilience, active listening skills, strong objection handling, and clear communication.
- Sales Tech Expertise:
Practical experience with standard sales software and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Preferred Criteria
- Domain Experience: Exposure to SaaS platforms, digital marketing, e-commerce networks, or site search technology.
- Prior Background: Experience in fast-paced outbound sales environments or scaling tech startups.
Language Skills
- Polish: Native or fluent (required for prospecting and negotiating with prospective clients in Poland).
- English or Spanish: Professional working proficiency (required for internal team collaboration).
Workplace, Schedule & Training
- Location Strategy: 100% on-site at our office in Madrid. Candidates must already reside locally or relocate independently (no relocation allowance provided).
- Work Hours: Monday through Thursday: 09:00–18:00; Friday: 09:00–15:00.
- Initial Onboarding: Comprehensive 4-week onboarding program during month one to master our product, messaging, and sales processes.
Remuneration & Incentive PlanWe offer a competitive, performance-driven compensation package:
- Base Pay: €30,000 gross per year.
- Uncapped Monthly Commissions: €600 target variable compensation with scaling multipliers:
- 80% quota attainment: 1.3x multiplier
- 100% quota attainment: 2.0x multiplier (€1,200)
- 150% quota attainment: 3.0x multiplier (€1,800)
- Quarterly Accelerator: Maintain 150%+ quota achievement across three consecutive months to apply the 3.0x multiplier retroactively across the entire quarter.
