Vortex Aquatic Structures International is a general leader in the design and manufacturing of innovative aquatic play solutions. As our business in Spain continues to grow, we are looking for a Product Engineer – Technical Support & Customer Service to become a key technical resource for our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop deep expertise in Vortex products, support projects and customers across Spain, and gradually become the go-to technical expert for our Project Managers, installers, and customers. What You’ll Do Develop in-depth expertise in Vortex products, control systems, water treatment and filtration systems, and aquatic play equipment. Troubleshoot technical issues and support Project Managers, installers, and customers. Provide remote and on-site support during installation and commissioning. Travel to project sites across Spain for technically complex projects.



Develop troubleshooting guides, technical protocols, and training materials. Train and support installers on commissioning and technical best practices. Collaborate with Vortex’s technical and manufacturing teams in Canada. Over time, become a technical reference for Spain with the opportunity to support projects across Europe. What We’re Looking For Engineering background in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a related field. Strong technical curiosity and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand complex technical information and translate it into practical solutions. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Functional English to collaborate with our teams in Canada. Availability to travel throughout Spain, particularly during peak season (March–July). Collaborative, hands-on approach and ability
