Задачи
- Own building user experiences for the group travel and events product
- Shape how corporate event planners, event support specialists, suppliers, and event participants interact within the product and broader Perk platform
- Refine what to build and why, contributing to quarterly goals and long-term vision
- Write design documents for major platform changes
- Identify investment areas and proactively manage technical debt
- Drive alignment across teams and broader organisational initiatives
- Contribute to engineering guilds and collaborate with architects on solution discovery
- Mentor and coach less experienced colleagues
- Provide thoughtful feedback during reviews
- Help Engineering Managers identify areas for the team's technical growth
- Raise engineering standards through guild meetings,



design document reviews, and pairing sessions

Требования
- Senior-level frontend engineering experience
- Ability to focus on the underlying problem, not only the technical solution
- Experience writing design documents for significant platform changes
- Ability to identify technical investment areas and manage technical debtAbility to communicate complex ideas across multiple teams
- Experience driving alignment across organisational boundaries
- Experience mentoring and coaching less experienced colleagues
- Ability to provide constructive feedback during reviews
- Ability to contribute to technical standards and solution discovery
- Nice to have: Updated portfolio.
