What are we looking for?

We are looking for a strategically minded Corporate Strategy & Innovation Specialist to join our team help drive transformative initiatives that position our company for long-term success.



This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, supporting mergers and acquisitions, and enabling innovation initiatives across the Group. Reporting to the Strategy Manager/Director, and working closely with the Innovation function, this role contributes directly to the organization’s growth, competitiveness, and transformation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Strategy Cycle Activities: Contribute to the preparation of Board of Directors and ExCom materials, and support Corporate and Business Strategy reviews, updates, and execution of key initiatives.
- Drive Strategic and Innovation Initiatives: Coordinate cross-functional projects that foster organizational growth, technological advancement, and innovation. Support idea generation, pipeline development, prototype testing, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring initiatives are aligned with corporate priori
