An international hotel company is seeking an experienced construction professional to join its Corporate Headquarters in Madrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical management, planning, execution, and coordination of construction and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the company's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical management and execution of construction and refurbishment projects.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of works and the installation of equipment.
Prepare tender documentation, request and evaluate quotations, conduct comparative analyses, and recommend contract awards in close coordination with the Department Director.
Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring compliance with planned milestones and deadlines.




Prepare project budgets and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement and monitor financial and budgetary controls for all assigned projects.
Oversee project documentation, reporting, and technical records, including photographic and graphical documentation.
Coordinate contractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure compliance with applicable technical, quality, health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction project management, site supervision, and technical coordination.
Strong experience in procurement, tendering, purchasing, cost management, and budget control.
Solid knowledge of construction processes, quantity surveying, measurements, and budgeting.
