About the Role:
Join us as a Salesforce Consultant to contribute to a strategic healthcare projectfocused on Consent & Preferences Management solution built on top of Salesforce's ecosystem.

We are looking for someone to join a multidisciplinary team and bridge the gap between business requirements and Salesforce technical solutions. You will lead requirements gathering workshops, translate business needs into scalable Salesforce configurations and declarative automations, and ensure that solutions meet both client expectations and technical best practices.

This role is idóneo for someone with strong Salesforce expertise across multiple clouds, excellent communication skills,



and the ability to guide stakeholders while delivering high-quality business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and lead detailed requirements gathering sessions and workshops, capturing business needs in the form of precise user stories.
- Translate complex, validated business requirements into scalable technical designs and implement configurations across Salesforce (custom objects, fields, security models, validation rules).
- Design, build, and deploy complex declarative automation solutions using Salesforce Flow (Record-Triggered, Screen, and Schedule-Triggered Flows) to streamline business processes.
- Manage data quality and perform data migration tasks using tools such as Data Loader, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of Salesforce data.
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of small to mid-sized projects or project phases, coordinating collaboration between business stakeholders, end-users
