For our office in Altea, we are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Administrative Accountant / Bookkeeperto join our Exactly team.

This role combines accounting responsibilities with general administrative support, making it adecuado for someone who enjoys working with numbers but also likes being involved in the day-to-day operations in our office.

Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping and accounting for individuals, freelancers (autónomos) and companies (SL)
- Processing invoices, expenses and financial documentation
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing inquiries
- Assisting clients with basic questions and coordinating with the relevant department
- Providing accounting support to clients
- Responding to client inquiries in a clear and professional manner

Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of Spanish accounting
- Proven experience in a similar role (accountant, bookkeeper or related)
- Good command of the Spanish and English language, both verbally and in writing
- Strong client orientation and excellent communication skills
