The Recipe (About the Role)
We are looking for ambitious graduates with a passion for quality, food safety and continuous improvement. You will have a degree in a relevant discipline and be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills, curiosity, leadership potential and the ability to build effective relationships. Whether through university projects,



placements, part-time employment or extracurricular activities, you will have shown initiative, resilience and a desire to solve problems. This programme will develop the next generation of Quality and Food Safety Managers through structured rotations, mentoring and hands-on experience across supplier quality, manufacturing quality and compliance.
Year 1: Supplier Quality & Raw Materials
In your first year, you'll build a strong foundation in Quality and Food Safety by working closely with our supplier and intake quality teams. You'll assess incoming ingredients and packaging, investigate supplier-related issues, support audits and traceability activities, and help drive continuous improvement projects. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how we ensure the materials entering our factories meet the highest quality standards.
