Our team is growing, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are looking for new challenges. We are hiring Transfer Agent to support our clients in Benidorm, who will work during all year around.

As a Transfer Agent you will be responsible to manage and control transfer routes, have a close relationship with TTOO to ensure the best quality of service and manage incidents. If you enjoy optimizing the grouping for a transfer and designing the best transfer route is like a game for you, we are waiting to meet you.

The main responsibilities will be:
- Management and control of transfer services in Costa Blanca.
- Communication with providers, hoteliers and TTOO.
- Management of claims and incidents.




- Coordination with other internal departments to ensure the quality of service.
- Be involved in the planification of the transfer routes.
- Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday.
- Emergency phone: answer our emergency phone on specific dates during the season.

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Advanced level of Spanish and English, other languages are a plus.
- Able to work properly with IT Systems and adapt quickly to our in-house operational systems.
- Studies of Tourism or related fields.
