- Prepares and presents Sushi, Sashimi, and other Japanese-inspired Dishes with Precision, ensuring Unmatched Quality, Freshness, and Visual Appeal.
- Selects and handles Premium Ingredients, including Fresh Fish and Seasonal Produce, in line with Health, Safety, and Quality Standards.
- Maintains High Levels of Knife Skills and Culinary Technique, executing Intricate Cuts and Garnishes that Uphold the Art of Japanese Cuisine.
- Collaborates with the Chef De Cuisine and Culinary Team, contributing to Menu Innovation, Daily Specials, and Guest-Centric Culinary Activations.
- Adapts Recipes and Techniques to cater to Guest Preferences, Dietary Restrictions and Allergen
