For one of our clients, we are looking for a Logistics and Facility Buyer to manage the Logistics and Facilities Services categories within their Sourcing organisation. You will be responsible for securing the supply of your assigned categories at the best total cost, while safeguarding service and quality standards. You will manage a combined annual spend of around €30M across logistics and facilities services, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and key suppliers to deliver value and continuous improvement.

Main Responsabilities:
- Define and implement complete sourcing strategies for your portfolio, aligned with business objectives, and drive their execution end to end.
- Deliver financial targets through cost optimisation and a Total Cost of Ownership approach; set budget standard prices and follow up on purchase price variances.
- Develop strong supplier relationships, negotiate framework agreements and drive performance through SLAs, KPIs and structured supplier evaluation.
- Manage category risk through risk assessments, action plans and business continuity plans.




- Monitor market trends to anticipate risks and opportunities, and evaluate the full value chain to optimise the sourcing process.

Your profile:
- Bachelor's Degree (technical or economics); a procurement specialisation is a plus.
- 7-10 years of experience in a similar procurement / sourcing role.
- Deep knowledge of logistics services (transport, warehousing, courier, pallet management) and facilities services (cleaning, waste management, buildings, uniforms, security, pest control, canteen).
- Familiarity with tank and maritime logistics, LTL/FTL deliveries and warehouse distribution, plus logistics management principles such as route optimisation and inventory tracking.
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to logistics procurement and facilities services.
