Responsible for leading, understanding, and optimizing all of Sephora’s traffic channels across Iberia, designing an online acquisition strategy with a continuous customer focus and ensuring a 100% data-driven approach across all paid media initiatives. The objective is to maximize campaign performance and achieve business goals, in close collaboration with the Digital Manager and key teams.

Traffic and Acquisition Strategy:
- Define and execute the acquisition and traffic qualification strategy across Iberia
- Propose new partners, channels, and opportunities to achieve media objectives.
- Ensure strategic alignment with central guidelines and local Offer, Marketing, and E-commerce teams.
- Maintain a continuous focus on customer analysis and qualified acquisition.

Paid Media Campaign Management and Optimization:
- Lead the daily relationship with digital agencies: campaign briefing, implementation, monitoring, and optimization.
- Optimize all traffic channels through in-depth analysis of paid media campaign performance
- Identify trends, improvement opportunities, and new growth levers.
- Oversee App Marketing initiatives: performance, reporting, and action plans to drive acquisition and engagement.
