German-speaking Account Executive
to join a fast-growing international sales team in
Madrid, Spain . This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional with experience in
sales, business development, outbound prospecting, inside sales, or account management
to work with clients in the German-speaking market.
About The Role
As a
German-Speaking Account Executive , you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the German-speaking market. You will manage the complete sales cycle, engage potential customers through outbound prospecting, and convert qualified leads into paying subscribers.
You will work in a dynamic international environment where performance, commercial mindset, and strong communication skills are key to success.
This is a
hybrid position based in Madrid .
Please note: Candidates must currently reside in Spain and have the legal right to work in Spain. Relocation support is not provided.
What You'll Do
Manage the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to closing
Prospect and engage potential clients in the German-speaking market
Conduct outbound calls and manage a high volume of sales activity
Make approximately 80–100 calls per day
Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
Manage free trials and guide prospects through the buying process
Convert trials into paid subscriptions
Generate new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
Work with system-assigned leads and maintain consistent follow‑up
Achieve sales KPIs related to calls, demos, conversions, and revenue
Successfully close new business opportunities
Hand over new customers to the Customer Experience team after subscription activation
What You Bring
Native-level or bilingual proficiency in German
Strong professional communication skills in English
Currently living in Spain
Legal right to work in Spain
1–6 years of experien
