At Fersa, we are looking for a high-potential professional to join our team in Zaragoza and work closely with senior management on some of the key strategic priorities of our commercial organization.
This is a highly cross-functional role, combining
business strategy, commercial analysis and execution
. You will work closely with the CEO office and Sales teams across different markets, helping translate strategic priorities into concrete initiatives, supporting decision-making and ensuring effective execution.
The position offers significant exposure to senior management and an opportunity to understand how an international industrial business operates and grows.
What will you do?
- Commercial Strategy:
Support the definition and deployment of commercial priorities, translating strategy into actionable plans across markets and regions.
- Business Analysis:
Analyze markets, customers, sales performance, profitability and business opportunities to support management decision-making.
- Commercial Excellence:
Help improve and standardize commercial processes, KPIs, reporting and ways of working across the organization.
- Strategic Projects:
Lead and support high-impact initiatives related to growth, new markets, target accounts, pricing and other business priorities.
- Performance & Execution:
Follow up key commercial initiatives and KPIs, identifying deviations and helping teams turn decisions into actions.
- Cross-functional Coordination:
Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing and other functions to ensure alignment and execution of business priorities.
- Management Support:
Prepare analyses, business cases and recommendations for senior management on relevant commercial and strategic topics.
