Role Description
This full-time Business Development Manager role is based in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients,



and promoting Digital Optima’s supply chain technology solutions to target markets. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, prepare presentations and proposals, lead sales meetings and product demos, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Daily activities include coordinating with marketing and product teams, maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking pipeline metrics, and providing feedback from the market to inform product and go-to-market strategies. The role also involves attending relevant industry events, representing the company in the logistics and supply chain ecosystem, and contributing to revenue growth targets.
