Job Purpose
The

SAP SD Consultant

plays a key role in enhancing and supporting TD SYNNEX's general

SAP landscape . This role combines deep

SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD)

expertise with strong business partnership skills to optimize

Order-to-Cash (O2C)

processes, deliver system enhancements, and support strategic transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams,



and global colleagues across the full solution lifecycle-from

requirements gathering

and

solution design

through

implementation ,

deployment , and

support

-while also identifying opportunities to leverage

AI-driven capabilities

within the SAP ecosystem.

Responsibilities
SAP Solution Delivery & Support

Lead the implementation of SAP SD functionalities across all project phases, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

Provide support for existing SAP template functionality and ensure system stability.

Deliver enhancements, process improvements, and defect resolutions aligned with business priorities.

Analyze code and identify issues to accelerate development and troubleshooting.

Business Collaboration & Process Optimization

Partner with business stakeholders to understand commercial and operational requirements.
