We are looking for a

Head of Communications

to lead our global communication strategy, strengthen our international visibility, and build strong relationships with media, institutions, and the user community.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Lead NaviLens’ communication strategy to position the company as a global reference in

accessibility, smart mobility, and inclusive innovation , strengthening our public presence, institutional relationships, and engagement with user communities and organizations in the accessibility sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communication Strategy





Design and implement the integral communication strategy aligned with NaviLens’ mission and objectives.

Ensure consistency and clarity of messaging across all channels and markets.

Position NaviLens as a leader in accessibility, inclusive technology, and smart cities.

Media Relations & Public Visibility

Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry publications.

Manage press releases, interviews, articles, and media coverage.

Monitor and manage the company’s reputation and public narrative.

Storytelling & Content

Create compelling narratives around NaviLens’ technology, impact, and global projects.

Develop case studies, user stories, and content that communicate the value of our technology.

Support leadership with presentations, speeches, and public communication materials.

Community Relations

Manage and strengthen relationships with

associations of people with visual impairments, accessibility organizations, and user communities .
