Our Team, Your Impact

We are looking for an Associate Director, Capability Building & Change Management to own and drive communication, change management, internal branding, asset creation, and capability‑building activities as part of Global Procurement Transformation. This role will shape how teams understand transformation priorities, adopt new tools and ways of working, engage with AI‑enabled and technology‑driven change, and build the capabilities needed in a more digital, data‑driven, and agile procurement environment.




The successful candidate will work closely with procurement leaders, subject matter experts, digital teams, global L&D;, technology partners, and external providers to lead clear communication, practical change adoption, targeted learning enablement, and compelling transformation storytelling. The role will bring structure, pace, and ownership to change activities, connect the right experts, align priorities, create reusable communication and enablement assets, and ensure Global Procurement Transformation changes are understood, supported, branded consistently, and embedded over time.
