and play a direct role in the implementation of key initiatives, especially regarding priority topicsTake responsibility for the income statement (P&L;: from Revenue to the Operating Income) for the assigned areaImprove efficiency/productivity by developing activity in your country (structure, marketing/digital investments, human resources) through rational expenditure management within your area according to the Group’s strategic guidelines and in the context of profitable growth.Within the framework of the brand/franchise’s guidelines, define and implement a policy of rationalization (brands, franchises, catalogs, organizations, etc.) and productivity-boosting based on indicators established by management (e.g.
