About the role:

As a FinOps Tech Lead, you will lead the cloud financial management strategy, ensuring cost efficiency, accountability, and optimization across multi-cloud environments. You will combine technical leadership and financial governance, working closely with engineering, finance, and product teams to drive data-driven decisions, automation, and cost transparency.

Key Result Areas





FinOps Strategy & Architecture – Define and lead the roadmap for cloud cost optimization and financial governance.

Cost Visibility & Accountability – Implement tagging strategies, dashboards, and reporting for real-time cost insights.

Automation & Tooling – Drive automation for cost anomaly detection, budget alerts, and resource optimization.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management – Partner with finance, procurement, and engineering teams to align cost strategies.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship – Guide FinOps engineers and foster a culture of cost efficiency and financial discipline.

Key Accountabilities

Lead cloud financial management practices across AWS, Azure, and other platforms.

Define cost optimization strategies, including pricing models and resource allocation.

Implement real-time monitoring and anomaly detection for cloud spend.

Drive automation initiatives for cost repo
