Your Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage and strategically develop global benefits programs, including the design and rollout of local benefits
Ensure governance for benefits and pension programs, including policy compliance and documentation
Provide support and advice on pension and retirement planning topics in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers
Analyze benefits data, cost trends, and market developments, and derive well-founded recommendations for action
Advise HR and business stakeholders on all benefits-related matters
Manage external service providers and coordinate internal interfaces to ensure efficient processes and high service quality




Actively contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives in the area of Total Rewards and Benefits
Otros requisitos

Successfully completed degree in business administration, with a focus on Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in benefits, including general pension / retirement planning
Several years of experience working with international stakeholders and different country-specific requirements
Strong knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools
Experience with HRIS, benefits, or payroll systems, as well as AI applications, is an advantage
Very good written and spoken English skills, good German skills
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics in an understandable way, combined with intercultural competence
A high degree of initiative, paired with a structured and analytical working style
