About The Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Manager fluent in Dutch to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and has a passion for sales, client success, and account development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with Dutch-speaking clients
Act as the main point of contact, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
Requirements
Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level)
Good command of English (B2 or higher)
Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Results-driven with a commercial mindset
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Eligibility
EU citizenship OR
Valid work permit for Spain
